Product Description

The Aurora Earring Set brings together the four pairs our customers reach for most. Each pair is cast in recycled sterling silver, plated in 2.5 microns of 18k gold, then hand polished in our Novi Sad workshop. The pearls are ethically farmed freshwater cultured pearls, matched by hand for lustre and shape.

Buying the set saves $70 against the individual pieces. Each pair is also sold separately if you would rather start with one.

Caring For Your Earrings

Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, hairspray and moisturiser, and take it off before you swim or shower. Chlorine and salt water dull gold plating faster than anything else.

Wipe each pair with the enclosed polishing cloth after wearing, then store it in the box away from direct sunlight. Never use silver dip on vermeil or on pearls, it strips the plating and the pearl nacre. If the shine does fade, send them back to us and we will replate them at cost.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn and in its original box for a full refund. Send it back with the returns label in your parcel and we will refund the original payment method within five working days of it reaching us.

For hygiene reasons pierced earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. Engraved and resized pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty, which does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping

Every order travels fully insured and tracked. Orders over $75 ship free; below that it is a flat $6.50. We despatch within one working day, and orders placed before 1pm usually go the same afternoon.

Standard delivery is two to four working days within the EU and five to nine worldwide. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us, and a signature is required on delivery.
