Delivery is free on orders over $75. Below that it is a flat $6.50. Everything ships fully insured and tracked, and needs a signature. Standard delivery is two to four working days within the EU and five to nine worldwide. Import duty outside the EU is the customer's responsibility.
Yes, if it has not shipped. Email info@cyangems.com with your order number and we will stop it and refund you in full. We despatch within one working day, so contact us quickly. Once it has gone, treat it as a return instead.
Return anything unworn in its original box within 30 days for a full refund, using the prepaid label in your parcel. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Pierced earrings can only be returned with the hygiene seal intact, and engraved or resized pieces are made to order, so they are only returnable if faulty. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Price is the cost of the metal on the day we buy it, the cost of the stone, the hours the goldsmith spent on the piece, and a stated margin. Because we cut our own stones and refine our own recycled gold, there is no distributor markup in between. Every listing shows the carat, colour and clarity so you can compare us against anyone.
