Caring For Your Pearls

Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, hairspray and moisturiser, and take it off before you swim or shower. Pearls are soft compared to most gemstones and chlorine, salt water and perfume all dull their nacre faster than anything else.

Wipe each pearl with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, then store it flat in the box away from direct sunlight and other jewellery that could scratch the surface. Never use silver dip or an ultrasonic cleaner on pearls, it strips the nacre. If the shine does fade, send them back to us and we will assess them at cost.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn and in its original box for a full refund. Send it back with the returns label in your parcel and we will refund the original payment method within five working days of it reaching us.

For hygiene reasons pierced earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. Engraved and resized pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty, which does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping

Every order travels fully insured and tracked. Orders over $75 ship free; below that it is a flat $6.50. We despatch within one working day, and orders placed before 1pm usually go the same afternoon.

Standard delivery is two to four working days within the EU and five to nine worldwide. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us, and a signature is required on delivery.
